The Delhi [ Images ] High Court on Friday issued notices to the Union of India [ Images ], the Lok Sabha Speaker [ Images ] and the Election Commission on a petition filed by dismissed parliamentarian Lal Chandra Kol, challenging his expulsion from Parliament in the cash-for-query scam.

Justices Vijender [ Images ] Jain and Rekha [ Images ] Sharma asked the respondents to file their replies by February 16.

However, no notice was served to the P K Bansal Committee, which had probed the scam.
