Moderate quake hits Nepal

A moderate intensity earthquake, measuring 5.3 on the Richter Scale, shook Nepal and its bordering areas up until Sikkim and Bihar Friday morning, the Met department said. 

Epicentred at 27.4 degree North Latitude and 86.7 degree East Longitude, the temblor occurred at 0728 hours.
