The R S Pathak Inquiry Authority report, which has indicted former external affairs minister Natwar Singh and his son Jagat in the Iraqi oil scam, was tabled in both the Houses of Parliament on Monday.
The report had exonerated the Congress party.
While the report was placed by Finance Minister P Chidambaram in Lok Sabha, his deputy P K Bansal tabled the findings in Rajya Sabha.
The Pathak inquiry report has been referred to Enforcement Directorate, Central Board of Direct Taxes and Central Board of Excise and Customs for action under law.
