Actor-turned-member of Parliament Govinda said on Monday that he had received threats from 'local and regional anti-social elements'. He added that he would make a formal complaint with the police only after consultation with senior Congress functionaries.
Referring to media reports that he and his family were under threat from the underworld, the Congress MP from Mumbai (North) said in a signed statement here that neither had he named anybody nor gave any hint about the source of his threat.
