Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed on Thursday night declined to comment on the Congress' decision to take over the reins of power in the state under the power-sharing pact with his party PDP.
"I would not like to make any comments now," Sayeed said soon after Congress announced in New Delhi that its senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad would be the next chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
