Arun Jaitley, the Bharatiya Janata Party general secretary and party in-charge of Bihar election, met the Janata Dal-United's chief ministerial candidate Nitish Kumar at his residence to congratulate him on the National Democratic Alliance's victory.
After emerging from the meeting, Jaitley told rediff.com that the people of Bihar had been working for a change and they have got one. "It is a very satisfying experience for us," he said.
Nitish Kumar is still sitting in his kutiya and talking to Sharad Yadav and other leaders, including Chandan Mitra, member of Parliament, but is refusing to come out to meet the media.
