Pakistan on Wednesday alleged that a High Commission official's son was "abducted" in New Delhi by unidentified people and later photographed standing near three dead bodies with a blood-stained knife in his hands.
India's Acting High Commissioner T C A Raghavan, who was summoned by the Pakistan Foreign Office for lodging a strong protest over the premeditated and cowardly act, said the alleged incident would be investigated.
In a statement, the Pakistan Foreign Office claimed that 19-year-old Roshan Ali was abducted and harassed by unknown persons in New Delhi on November 8 evening.
"During his detention at an unknown location, the hands of Roshan Ali were smeared with the fresh blood of three dead bodies lying in the room. He was forced to hold a large blood stained knife in his hands and stand next to the dead bodies. He was then photographed in various poses with the dead bodies before he was released," it claimed.

The External Affairs Ministry has said that the allegation was being investigated.
"The alleged abduction of a dependent of an official of Pakistan High Commission has been brought to our attention. The matter is being investigated." a note issued by the Ministry of External Affairs said.
Meanwhile, Delhi police have rejected the charge and said that the boy, Roshan Ali, had written an abduction note with the help of his classmates in a private institute more as a fun and was now making allegations that he had been photographed with dead bodies.
"We want to interrogate the boy as we have to cross check the statements of his classmates. But so far we have not been allowed access to the boy," said a senior official of the Delhi police.
"This is a matter involving the two nations and hence it would be proper for the Ministry of External Affairs to say something about it," he added.
