CBI to examine quashing of charges against Hindujas

Central Bureau of Investigation said on Tuesday that it would examine the Delhi [ Images ] High Court judgement quashing all charges against Hinduja brothers and Swedish arms manufacturer A B Bofors in the Bofors case.

"We will legally examine the judgement and decide on the further course of action," a CBI spokesman said in New Delhi.

The Hinduja brothers -- Shrichand, Gopichand and Prakash -- had filed a petition in the HC, seeking the quashing of charges framed against them by a district court.
