The victims, aged between 2 and 12, were hospitalized after the dogs attacked them on Friday and Saturday in Patuakhali district, 150 kmsouth of the capital, Dhaka, the United News of Bangladesh agency reported.
Details were unclear. The agency quoted Shah Alam, a health official in the area, as saying stray dogs had been roaming the village for months.
The news agency said the victims were not getting proper care at the local hospital because it lacked rabies vaccine.
Residents trapped and killed four dogs after the attacks and were looking for more, the agency said.
Officials could not immediately be reached for comment.
