Bharatiya Janata Party general secretary Arun Jaitley will discuss the present political scenario with party leaders in Bhopal on Sunday.
Besides attending the BJP core committee meeting, Jaitley would also interact with leaders including party members of Parliament and legislators.
"He is free to seek their views and express his opinion on any issue," BJP state unit president Kailash Joshi said.
"There is no specific agenda. Since Jaitley is in-charge of Madhya Pradesh, he wanted to meet the leaders in the state. We are meeting now as he is relatively free after the Bihar and Jharkhand assembly polls," he said.
Ruling out any possibility of replacing Chief Minister Babulal Gaur, Joshi said, "Our party high command have already made it clear that there will be no change of guard now, rendering the reports in this regard meaningless."
Though Joshi claimed everything was "fine and smooth" in the party and there was perfect coordination between the government and organisation, sources suggest Jaitley may attempt to ensure better understanding between the Gaur and Uma Bharti camps.
Among other issues expected to figure during Jaitley's interaction with BJP leaders here is election of party's state unit president.
