NDA to meet on BJP's Jinnah crisis

George Fernandes [ Images ] said on Thursday that the National Democratic Alliance would be meeting in a couple of days to discuss the resignation of Lal Kishenchand Advani [ Images ] as Bharatiya Janata Party [ Images ] president in the wake of his remarks on Pakistan founder Mohammad Ali Jinnah [ Images ].

"All of us are talking about a national discussion to correct history that has been twisted so long", he told reporters. "I will defend Advani to the end".
