Shwaas out of Oscar race

Sandeep Sawant's Marathi film Shwaas has failed to make it to the Oscar nominations.

The film was India's [ Images ] official entry in the foreign film category.

"We are out of the race. Our film is not nominated," a member of the Shwaas team, Ajay Bane said on Tuesday.
