Pakistan on Monday said it would continue to observe the ceasefire along the Line of Control.
Foreign Office Spokesman Masood Khan told reporters that ceasefire was a confidence-building measure. He said Pakistan hoped that India would also continue to maintain the ceasefire.
India had accused Pakistan of violating the ceasefire last week. However, Pakistan has put the blame on Indian troops.
Stating that there had been some firing in the region under India's control, he said India should probe from where the firing happened and who was behind it.
