The death toll in the tsunami disaster in Indonesia, the worst hit by the killer waves, has risen to over 113,000, with the government confirming the death of 20,000 more people.
With this, the overall toll has gone up to 165,000.
However, it is feared that the numbers could be much higher as many of the dead might remain unaccounted for, especially in Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
The Sri Lankan government said that the toll in the country was 30,615, with over 4,000 missing.
Myanmar has confirmed the death of 59 people. However, the United Nations said the figure could be about 90.
