The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front will donate Rs 1 lakh to the tsunami-affected people of the country.
Although the separatist outfit does not have resources at its disposal, it will organise a blood donation camp to raise 100 pints of blood for the victims, a party spokesman said in Srinagar.
The JKLF has advised its offices in Britain, the United States, Europe, Canada and the United Arab Emirates to organise blood donation camps for the victims in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Thailand, he said.
Though the JKLF cannot make any substantial contribution towards the relief work, "we share the grief and sorrow of the people who have been affected by the calamity", he said.
