Do religious channels threaten national unity?

Sarod maestro Amjad Ali Khan has spoken against religious channels that broadcast preachers and lecturers praying for the well-being of the followers of their own community. "Why should they not pray for the entire humanity," he asks, and says that these channels trigger fears about religious peace in a multicultural society like India.
