A Pakistani national assigned by the Inter-Services Intelligence to send it "vital information" has been arrested in Jodhpur on the charge of spying.
Jahid was arrested Friday on the basis of information got from a computer professional from Pakistan's Sind province, a senior police official said in Jaipur Saturday.
He had been brought to Jaipur and the police intelligence wing will produce him in court seeking his remand.
The computer professional, who gave his name as Mahendra Kumar Rishi, on Wednesday disclosed the whereabouts of Jahid and it was so far learnt that the man had been deputed by the ISI to send it some "vital information", the senior official said.
Police will be interrogating him on the route he had taken into India and finding out more about his mission.
