Bombay high court admitted on Wednesday, a public interest litigation filed by Association of Hoteliers and Restaurant challenging the ban on dance bars in Maharashtra.
Admitting the plea, a high court bench headed by Chief Justice Dalveer Bhandari, said the applicants should file details about how the government's act (banning the dance bars) was hampering the interest of the public.
The next hearing would be held on October 3.
