The Additional Public Prosecutor on Saturday filed his written comments in a sealed cover before the Judicial Magistrate First Class in Hubli, Karnataka on withdrawal of cases against former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Uma Bharti.

The Additional District and Sessions Court had on Friday dismissed a revision petition filed by the Public Prosecutor challenging a lower court's order refusing to grant time to submit written arguments.
