The Indian Air Force continues with an aerial and ground search for the pilot of the MiG-27 aircraft that crashed in a North Bengal jungle on May 19.
The jet's wreckage was found on June 4.
A search and rescue team along with army personnel are conducting operations in the adjoining areas of Gulma reserve forest of North Bengal, a defence spokesman said in New Delhi on Monday.
"But till now, there is no trace of the pilot," he said.
The wreckage was located 18km northeast of Bagdogra, deep inside the dense Gulma reserve forest during an aerial search, which had been on since the jet went missing on May 19.
The jet, piloted by Flying Officer V Sinha, had disappeared from the radar screen during a routine training sortie from Hashimara airfield to Bagdogra, a distance of a little over 100km.
The spokesman here also did not rule out the pilot's bailing out from the aircraft before it crashed.
