The Government Railway Police on June 5 arrested another crewmember of the Kaizad Gustad's film in connection with the accidental death of budding director Nadia

Khan during a film shoot on May 25 at the Mahalaxmi suburban railway station in Mumbai.

Hadley D'Mello, an accomplice of Gustad and his assistant Ashish Udeshi, was arrested on charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder (Section 302, part two of the Indian Penal Code), common intention (Section 34 IPC), and causing disappearance of evidence (Section 201 IPC).

He was produced before Metropolitan Magistrate D A Joshi who remanded him in police custody till June 10.

Hadley is the fourth accused to be arrested in this case. The others are Gustad, Udeshi and police constable Darshana Waiti, all of who were present at the Mahalaxmi railway station when a speeding train knocked down Nadia. Gustad and Udeshi are in custody till June 10 while Darshana was granted bail on a bond of Rs 6,000.

According to police, Hadley had accompanied Udeshi when Nadia was rushed to Nair Hospital. He was also present along with Udeshi when the 'panchnama' (registration) was drawn and the complaint lodged.

According to police, a train hit Nadia on May 25 while shooting of Gustad's film Mumbai Central was in progress at the Mahalaxmi railway station. However, Gustad's assistant, Ashish Udeshi, informed the police that Nadia was killed in a road mishap. Such misrepresentation is a criminal offence.
