A communique from the Prime Minister Office received in Patna said Manmohan will also review relief and rehabilitation measures with the state officials.
The prime minister will have a separate meeting with the representatives of political parties to discuss the havoc caused by the floods.
Meanwhile, a Central Water Commission bulletin on Friday said water levels have begun to recede in some of the worst-hit areas of the state.
Over 200 people have died in the floods so far and 25 million have been affected.
A central team led by Joint Secretary, Home, A Purkayastha will visit Bihar soon to assess the damage.
