The Union Public Service Commission will be conducting the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2004 at 41 centres from July 10 to July 19. Admission certificates have been issued to all eligible candidates. Letters citing the grounds for rejection have been sent to the rest.
If any applicant has not received either the admission certificate or the rejection letter, he/she may contact the UPSC facilitation counter on 011-23381125, 011-23098543 and 011-23385271. Fax messages can also be sent to 011-23387310.
Candidates will be allowed to use scientific (non-programmable type) calculators in conventional-type papers. Programmable type calculators will, however, not be allowed in this examination.
