A special court Saturday allowed the state investigating agency, STAMPIT, to conduct a narco-analysis test on Abdul Karim Telgi, the prime accused in the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam, on March 3.
Judge A T Manoli pronounced the order on the application of STAMPIT probing the sensational scam, which had sought the court's approval to subject Telgi to the narco-analysis test.
The judge had earlier postponed the orders on STAMPIT's plea thrice due to non-availability of a judgement writer.
Telgi has already been subjected to narco-analysis test for the Special Investigation Team of Maharashtra.
