"Shukla is currently the state president of the NCP, which will be disbanded on Thursday after he arrives in Raipur from Delhi. The details of the regional outfit, including its name, would be worked out after discussions with party workers," sources close to the leader told PTI on Tuesday.

Shukla's decision to have a tie-up with the National Democratic Alliance and other matters will also be discussed. The veteran leader wants to expand the regional outfit in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra and the Mahakoshal region of Madhya Pradesh.

Immediately after the formation of the party, one of his trusted men would take all the relevant documents to the Election Commission to get the party registered and seek approval for its party symbol.
