  • "Instead of tomorrow (Saturday), the delegation would now be leaving on Tuesday as nobody is allowed to meet jail inmates on Saturday and Sunday," Bharatiya Janata Party Parliamentary Party spokesman V K Malhotra told reporters in Delhi.
