Bihar may shift dons outside the state

The Bihar government is planning to shift influential criminals, including some powerful politicians, lodged in different jails to prisons outside the state.

A senior official told rediff.com on Wednesday evening that the jail minister has sought a list of such criminals lodged in the state's jails.
