Tarnished Gujarat cop's appointment to CBI challenged

The Supreme Court on Monday issued notices to the Centre, Gujarat Government and the Central Bureau of Investigation on a petition challenging the appointment of former Ahmedabad [ Images ] police commissioner P C Pandey as Additional Director in the CBI.
