Congress chief Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday met the ailing Bahujan Samaj Party leader Kanshi Ram in a Delhi hospital.
Former Uttar Pradesh chief minister and BSP chief, Mayawati, was also present.

Gandhi spent an hour in the hospital enquiring about Kanshi Ram's health.
After the BSP leader was hospitalised last week following a brain stroke, the Congress president had sent him a bouquet.
Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit also visited the hospital. She was accompanied by Delhi Transport Minister Ajay Maken.
A press release issued by the hospital said there was overall improvement in Kanshi Ram's health and he is no longer on life support system.
With Mayawati looking for a political partner and Congress a hand to prop it up in Uttar Pradesh, Sonia's meeting with Mayawati has set Delhi abuzz with speculation.
