Indo-Pak Peace Talks: The Full Coverage
In continuation of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's April initiative, India had on October 22 proposed 12 measures to Pakistan including offering a second round of talks to restore air links and overflights.

Overflights were suspended following the December 13 terrorist attack on the Parliament.
