Charges framed against R K Sharma,

A Delhi [ Images ] court on Monday framed charges against senior Indian Police Services officer R K Sharma and five others in
connection with the murder of journalist Shivani Bhatnagar.
Holding that the accused had conspired to murder Shivani after she threatened to ruin R K Sharma's life and career, Additional Sessions Judge J M Malik charged the six accused under section 120 (b) (conspiracy) read with section 302 (murder), 201, 403 and 404 of the Indian Penal Code.
All the accused pleaded not guilty.
