An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has declared deposed Pakistani Premier Nawaz Sharief's brother, Shahbaz Sharif, a proclaimed offender.
The Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) leader and former Punjab chief minister is accused of ordering the murder of five men in an 'engineered' police encounter in 1999.
The court also declared former police officer Babar Ashraf absconder in the case. The court has ordered the two men be arrested soon.
