Each sultry summer, millions of Indians look up to the heavens for deliverance, which comes in the form of the monsoon.
The monsoon, defined very 'dryly' by the Weather Bureau as rain that comes from moist air masses which move in from the Indian Ocean, brings with it life and renewal of the Indian spirit.
