Passengers travelling from Mumbai to New Delhi on the Rajdhani Express on December 15 are in for a pleasant surprise. The train will have a set of new coaches, designed by Linke Hofmann Busch (now Alstom-Germany) and manufactured at the Rail Coach Factory in Kapurthala through a transfer-of-technology (ToT) agreement.
