The Bihar government on Thursday submitted to the Patna high court a plan to ensure security for the completion of the Golden Quadrilateral project.
Home Commissioner B K Haldar prepared the plan, which the court had asked for following the killing of IIT engineer Satyendra Dubey, who was working on the project.
The plan was prepared in consultation with Chief Secretary K A H Subramanian, Patna and Magadh division commissioners, district magistrates and superintendents of police of Gaya, Kaimur, Rohtas and Aurangabad, sources said.
They, however, declined to divulge the details of the plan.
