Atif Nasir Mulla, an accused in the March-13 train blast in Mulund in Mumbai that left 12 dead and over 70 injured, has been booked under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, a senior police official said on Wednesday.
Mulla was arrested near the Bandra-Kurla complex by the Crime Branch sleuths on Tuesday.
He was produced in a special court soon after his arrest and remanded to police custody till April 28.
Mulla, an MBA graduate and a resident of Padgha village in Bhiwandi taluka in neighbouring Thane district, is the second accused arrested in connection with the blast.
