Armed men abduct 8 villagers in UP

Unidentified armed men have abducted eight villagers in Uttar Pradesh's Auriya district, reports said on Thursday.

The miscreants on Tuesday night picked up 10 people from a house in Kishangarh village, but later released two elderly persons, the reports said.

They took the abducted villagers into a nearby jungle and police was hunting for them, the reports added.
