Ranvir Sena guns down 3 in Bihar

Three persons were killed when activists of the outlawed Ranvir Sena opened fire in Buddhubigha village in Bihar's Arwal district on Saturday, police said.

The activists of the private militia of landlords raided the village under Karpi police station area at around 1000 hours and opened fire on the villagers killing three of them on the spot, police said.

The victims were identified as Awadesh Singh, Vijay Yadav and Uday Yadav.

Senior police officials, including Deputy Inspector General (Magadh range) N C Dhondhiyal, have rushed to the spot.

The exact reasons behind the killings were yet to be ascertained, police said.
