USIS attack case: Two held in Rajasthan

The Kolkata police on Thursday arrested two persons in Jaipur on charges of having links with Jamaludeen Nasir, co-accused in the terror attack on the American centre, a senior police official said.

The visiting police team will take the accused - identified as Shakeel Ahmed, a close relative of Nasir, and Dilip Patel, who runs a courier company in the city - to West Bengal for further interrogation, Rajasthan Deputy Inspector General of Police Ajit Singh said.

The duo confessed to helping Nasir when he had visited Jaipur and Jaisalmer, the DIG said.
