The operative part of the verdict is unlikely to be known on Monday since the judge is expected to go through the motion of reading out his judgment on Tuesday or even on Wednesday.
All the accused, including director of TIPS cassettes Ramesh Taurani, were present.
The judge recorded the prosecution's case, chargesheet against the accused and the evidence placed before the court.
The prosecution's case is that Gulshan Kumar, owner of T-series cassettes, was killed on August 12, 1997, due to business rivalry.
Taurani is accused of having paid Rs 2.50 million to music composer Nadeem Akhtar Saifee, who in turn hired Dubai-based gangster Abu Salem, to execute the murder.
The judge briefly touched upon the evidence tendered by Kishen Kumar, brother of the victim, on the alleged enmity between Gulshan Kumar and prime conspirator Nadeem.
The judge also noted Kishen Kumar's statement wherein he talked about Abu Salem calling up Gulshan Kumar on telephone to inquire why he was not purchasing music rights of films for which Nadeem and Shravan had composed tunes.
The judge also dealt with the confessional statement of accused-turned-approver Mohammed Ali Shaikh in which he disclosed threadbare the conspiracy hatched by Abu Salem and Nadeem during a meeting at Dubai to kill Gulshan Kumar.
Among other things, the judge also noted the evidence of actor Chunky Pandey who had attended a luncheon hosted by Abu Salem in Dubai before Gulshan Kumar was killed.
