Liberhan summons VHP chief, 6 others

The Liberhan Commission Tuesday issued summons to Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders Vishnu Hari Dalmiya, Giriraj Kishore and Sadhavi Ritambhra, Bajrang Dal chief Vinay Katiyar, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leaders H V Sheshadri and Moropant Pingle and Shiv Sena leader Moreshwar Save, to appear before it next month.

The commission, which is probing the sequence of events leading to the demolition of the disputed structure at Ayodhya on December 6, 1992, will fix the exact dates for their appearances later.
