Home secretary's baggage missing

As Home Secretary Kamal Pande arrived in his hotel in Agra for summit talks, he found his baggage missing.

Pande, who arrived along with Union Ministers Lal Kishenchand Advani and Jaswant Singh by a special flight, was taken aback when he was told that his baggage had not arrived, sources said.

Police and state officials are trying to locate the missing bags.
