Musharraf invites Vajpayee to Pakistan

In a sign of the thawing of relations between India and Pakistan, President Pervez Musharraf on Sunday invited Prime Mminister Atal Bihari Vajpayee to Pakistan.

Senior officials said the prime minister has accepted the invitation.

General Musharraf extended the invitation in course of his talks with Vajpayee at the Jaypee Palace Hotel in Agra.
