Nandankanan zoo director transferred

The Orissa government today transferred the conservator of forest (wildlife), B C Prusty, who also officiated as director of the Nandankanan park, where 12 tigers died recently, official sources said.

Prusty was posted as conservator of forests in the office of the principal chief conservator of forests in place of Vinod Kumar, who was appointed as the new zoo director.
