Government failed to prevent intrusions: Arjun

Congress Working Committee member Arjun Singh today said his party would seek answers from the government, at an appropriate time, as to how Pakistan-backed infiltrators were allowed to sneak into Indian territory.

Inaugurating a well-attended minorities convention organised by the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee in Hyderabad, he said it was not the time to talk about the failures leading to the intrusions but to strengthen the hands of the brave soldiers, who were engaged in flushing out the infiltrators.
