Tihar inmates send good wishes to jawans in Kargil

E-Mail this report to a friend

Inmates of the high-security Tihar Jail have expressed solidarity with the jawans fighting the Pak-backed intruders in Kargil by presenting a cheque of Rs 3.20 lakh to the prime minister's National Relief Fund.

They have also volunteered to donate blood to help the armed forces.

In a message to the prime minister, they have sent their good wishes to the brave Indian soldiers fighting for their motherland and appealed to Vajpayee not to stop them till the last intruder was driven out.

They have also urged political parties not to exploit the situation for narrow political considerations.
