The recently released Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai. Along with my debut film Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi and Jis Desh mein Ganga Rehta Hai. Also being Dimple Kapadia and Rajesh Khanna's daughter, Twinkle's sister and Akshay Kumar's sister-in-law!
How Net-savvy are you, on a scale of 1 to 10?:
Maybe a 3/10.
How often do you surf:
I get online everyday, usually in the evenings, for about 30 minutes. I don't suffer from withdrawal symptoms though, if I don't get to check my mail. I am not a Net addict.
Your favourite hangouts on the Internet:
I check out sites on fashion and designer wear. I have yet to find an Indian fashion site which catches my fancy, but my favourites include Bebe, Neiman Marcus and Instyle. However, I prefer shopping for clothes, shoes, and bags in person.
What you like best about the World Wide Web:
It was a huge help in college when I was studying Mass Communication at Boston University. What I like is the easy access to information. I also used it to keep in touch with my folks.
If you could change something about the Internet, it would be:
The connectivity and downloading time. I would rather shut my computer and walk away from it, than wait patiently to connect.
Do you go ego-surfing, checking out sites or pages devoted to you?:
I am not into ego tripping or looking for articles about me online. But it amuses me to see people downloading my screensavers or pictures. Even my sister and mother get taken aback when we see screensavers or downloads of each other.
Something you haven't tried online:
Chatting with a stranger. I am not that adventurous at all, and don't surf when I am on an outdoor shoot. I wish I had a laptop though, so I could spend more time online and probably move on from email to chatting with friends.
If you could sell something, online, it would be:
Mom already sells her candles online. But, personally, I am not convinced that shopping online is safe. One hears of credit card misuse all the time… spooky stuff!
What do you search for most, after logging on:
Emails from friends whom I haven't been in touch with.
