Defining the number one position in the Hindi film industry is very tough. And deciding who that coveted position should go to is tougher still, especially among the actresses.
For a while now, we don't have a heroine in Bollywood who can claim to be the unquestionable numero uno.
Many come close. Kareena Kapoor [ Images ], Rani Mukerji [ Images ], Priyanka Chopra [ Images ] and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan [ Images ] are among the most popular.
But who -- if at all -- among them is number one?
Yet, as far as box-office success goes, we seem to have a winner. Out of the five recent releases, Katrina Kaif [ Images ] has had four hits in Namastey London [ Images ], Partner, Welcome and Race.
