Reader Series: I spotted Yash Chopra

When we spotted Ram Gopal Varma on Mahim bridge, minutes away from the Rediff.com offices, we were inspired to introduce a new series.

We invited readers to mail photographs of film and television stars they meet.

Reader Ritesh Jain promptly sent us a picture of director Yash Chopra [ Images ], whom he met when Ritesh was on his honeymoon in Goa [ Images ].

Yashji was in Goa attending a film festival.

Ritesh adds that he also spotted Bipasha Basu [ Images ], Pooja Bhatt [ Images ] and Rakshanda Khan [ Images ], who were also attending the film festival.
