Critics hot, box office cold over Omkara
|
The critics might be going crazy over composer-director Vishal Bhardwaj's Omkara, but the film might prove to be a distributors' nightmare.
Sold at a high price, the film loses its major source of box-office revenues -- the family and multiplex audience -- thanks to its adult certificate and extensive use of foul language. It may win awards, but it is unlikely to reap box-office rewards.
Note: Films are ranked according to their release dates.
